LUCIA KOSTAČOVÁ

I competed in dance from an early age, and it led me to study physiotherapy at university. Physiotherapy opened the door to a complete understanding of the body and its connection to the mind. Pilates became my passion and my therapy. I have applied this versatile method in rehabilitation for years, adapting it individually to each person's health.

As an instructor I take pilates beyond rehabilitation. I bring dynamics, creativity and challenge into my classes. My goal is that you leave feeling you have given your body love in the form of conscious movement and breath. Alongside mat pilates I teach barre and reformer pilates. Holistic medicine is a great interest of mine.

FILIP VIDOVIČ KISS

I am a former professional ice-hockey player and a graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport. Movement has been part of my life since childhood and has become not only a passion but a way to help others feel better. For more than four years I have been teaching on pilates machines, combining precision, strength and conscious awareness of the body.

I like a challenge, and it fulfils me even more when my clients overcome one alongside me. At the end of every session comes a feeling of satisfaction and pride, together with a smile — and that is my greatest reward. Besides sport I love animals. At home I have a black cat who does not exercise, but has perfected the art of relaxing and reminds me daily that lounging is also a form of movement.

BIANKA KUKUROVÁ

Movement, music and the aesthetics of dance have been with me since childhood. A hobby gradually became a passion and later a path in life that took me to study at a dance conservatory. During my studies I performed at the State Theatre in Košice, where I gained rich stage experience and a deeper relationship with precision and expression through the body.

While I was fully devoted to dance I discovered pilates — a practice that showed me how to work consciously with the body, the breath and inner energy. Pilates later led me to barre, which won me over immediately with its blend of ballet technique, pilates precision and quiet strength. I see barre as a meeting of grace, control and conscious movement that helps you find the balance between strength and softness.

PHDR. VERONIKA KOPECKÁ

I have lived pilates for more than ten years — not only as a coach, but as a woman who found balance, strength and joy in this movement. I met pilates while studying in England and it became my passion and my path to inner harmony. During pregnancy and after giving birth it helped me regain my strength and my love for my own body.

I am a certified Mat Pilates instructor (trained with Drahomíra Manduchová), a graduate of the Balanced Body® reformer course and an instructor of the much-loved barre. I am also the founder of the antenatal programme Extatický Pôrod, where I use pilates as a route to body awareness, balance and postnatal recovery.

I believe that when we move the body consciously, we release the mind at the same time — and then the soul and our inner spirit come into harmony, which brings lightness, calm and greater creativity.

I love classical pilates, and it makes me happy that through my style of teaching I can lead people to value their bodies more and to feel strong and beautiful in every movement.

KRISTÍNA HAJDUOVÁ

I have been involved in elite sport since childhood, and it taught me discipline, perseverance and determination. I hold a university degree in physical education and sport, and I have been training people of all levels for many years. Working around the world gave me a wealth of experience that I now use to build effective and meaningful sessions.

ZUZANA ŠUVADOVÁ

I love movement, its dynamics and its variety. I am exactly the type who cannot sit still. From childhood I competed in ballroom dance, and later studied at the Conservatory (music and drama), where I also trained in ballet, folk and contemporary dance and acrobatics. Since 2019 I have been a Jumping fitness instructor. Alongside conditioning work, though, I longed to find movement that strengthens the body from its foundations and gives me and my clients quality, precise, well-guided movement… and that is how I came to pilates.

For me pilates is not just exercise. It is a return to yourself — through movement that heals and strengthens the body as well as the mind. Come and discover your real POWER with me!

Samo Štuk — coach at Spicy Pilates Club

SAMO ŠTUK

I have been working with reformers for more than four years, and movement is an inseparable part of my life. My name is Samo and I am a former ice-hockey player who has been in sport since the age of five. During my hockey years — though my career did not progress the way I first imagined — I completed my studies at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, which gave me a solid foundation in training and working with the body.

Sport is my everyday space for self-development. I constantly discover and try new movement disciplines. I have done rock climbing, calisthenics, hand balancing, jiu jitsu, surfing and more, and from each I take the best and integrate it into my training approach.

I believe training should be about stepping out of your comfort zone. I try to lead my classes so that every client leaves with a sense of progress — whether in strength, endurance or flexibility. My goal is for people to realise how much their body can learn when it is given the right impulse and guidance.

Silvia Sárkány Hangáčová — coach at Spicy Pilates Club

SILVIA SÁRKÁNY HANGÁČOVÁ

I have been in the world of movement for more than thirty years. I trained in modern dance, tap and classical dance, and during my studies at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport I passed through every dance discipline. I finally closed my dancing career as a member of the Slovak national team in acrobatic rock & roll.

Even in those years I began to see and champion pilates as one of the most effective methods for staying healthy and strong, and for learning to sense and truly feel your body and every single muscle. I also found myself in another field — as a specialist adviser in nutrition, movement and psychology. I have worked with women and men of every age, of different builds and with many movement limitations.

I use pilates in my hobbies too: in dressage riding and wakeboarding, where I also teach about the importance of exercise such as pilates. I am a woman and a mother who loves movement — and I enjoy making women beautiful at every age.

Anastasia Yehorushkina — coach at Spicy Pilates Club

ANASTASIA YEHORUSHKINA

My name is Anastasia and I am a pilates coach. I have been in sport for more than fifteen years, and for me movement is a basic human need — the thing a good life begins with.

Pilates is not just training for me. It is a system that builds the foundation: a strong and healthy body, a clear mind and inner calm. The state from which it is easy to grow, to move on and to develop in many directions.

Pilates is an extraordinarily important part of my life, and I sincerely want you to fall in love with it the same way. It is about the body. About your state. About the feeling of inner support. I very much look forward to seeing you in my classes.
